What to include
- Your Mac model and macOS version.
- The RES-T version or TestFlight build number, if visible.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- A screenshot or short screen recording only if it does not show private information.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, banking details, government ID, private school records, grades, attendance records, IEP details, disability information, or private student records in support emails.
Beta access
RES-T early access will use Apple TestFlight after Apple approves the external beta build. The TestFlight invite link will be published on the beta section when it is ready.
